We aim to meet all requests at the exact time you ask for them, however sometimes there are unavoidable situations that arise like bad weather, traffic, or a dog that needs a little more time before going back into their beds. I can promise you we will always be to your pup within 30 minutes before/after your scheduled time, but we aim to be there exactly when expected.
Absolutely! We work with one of the most highly regarded insurance companies in our industry, Business Insurers of the Carolinas. I am fully insured and bonded.
We ask that you make me a key, which will be coded and kept in a locked safe. Garage codes are welcome, but physical keys are preferred. For safety reasons, we cannot enter unlocked homes.
All Happy Tails Zionsville payments are processed through our secure online system. The card you have on file will be charged and an invoice will be emailed to you weekly. If you prefer to pay by cash of check, just let me know.
The first time you submit a request for services, we will set you up with A Time to Pet account. Within one hour you will have access to your client portal where you can share all the information we will need to care for your pet. From there you can schedule services as often as needed. Before your first service, we will set up a free ‘Meet and Greet” to go over all your pet’s needs and your preferences for Happy Tails staff. From there you can schedule as often as you need, preferably 48 hours in advance of requested service.
